Where do consultations take place?+
In the ShifaMate app, through text chat with images and voice messages. Choose an online doctor, provide the patient details, pay, and send a request. Chat begins after the doctor accepts.
What happens if my consultation does not start?+
If the doctor does not accept, your unused payment remains available for another consultation. To request a refund, email contact@shifamate.com or contact WhatsApp +1 447 902 2477.
Can I consult a doctor through WhatsApp?+
WhatsApp is for customer support only. Medical consultations and prescriptions stay in the ShifaMate app.
Which devices are supported?+
ShifaMate is available on Android through Google Play and on iPhone through the App Store.
