After installing, open the app and log in. This link does not automatically open a doctor profile inside the app.

Once you are in the app

   Install ShifaMate, or open the app already on your phone.

   Log in or create an account.

   Choose a doctor in Doctors.

   When the doctor is online, provide the patient details, pay the fee shown in the app, and send your request. Chat starts when they accept.

Check the doctor's current status and final fee again in the app. If they are offline, use the bell to request a notification.
