For care pages, we measure generic page types and actions such as viewing the directory, opening the app-download page, and clicking an app-store link. We may retain numeric campaign and ad identifiers for the browsing session to compare consenting visits with button clicks. We do not send doctor names or identifiers, specialty names, symptoms, consultation content, full care-page URLs, or raw referrers to website analytics.

An app-store click is not proof of an installation, login, payment or consultation. These cannot be inferred from website clicks alone.

With consent, Google Analytics can receive pet-shop product views, cart actions, checkout actions and purchases, including product identifiers, quantities, prices and currency. Contact details, delivery addresses and payment credentials are not included in these website events.

Optional Meta Pixel measurement is restricted to eligible pet-shop pages, and may share technical browser information with Meta. It does not run on doctor, specialty, consultation-handoff or other care pages. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization and Google signals remain disabled in this website configuration.

Choose Essential only to browse without optional measurement, or allow optional measurement using the consent banner. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time.

Withdrawing consent stops subsequent optional events from our website. Previously sent information cannot be recalled, and cookies already set may remain in your browser until they expire or you remove them using browser settings. Choices are specific to your browser and device. If browser storage is blocked, your choice may last only for the current page session.
