From your profile to a consultation
Accept a request and start the chat
A patient chooses you, provides their information, pays, and sends a request. Once you accept, the consultation starts through text, images, and voice messages.
Provide the care that is appropriate
Issue a digital prescription in the app when clinically appropriate. Let the patient know if an in-person assessment or another kind of service is needed.

How do I join?
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your name, area of practice, and qualifications. Our team will explain profile, registration and credential review, and the next steps for using the app.
What do patients see when I am offline?
Patients can see your published profile and declared hours. In the app, they can use the bell to request a notification when you come online.
What are the fee and payment terms?
Patients see and pay the consultation fee in the app before sending a request. Discuss doctor payments, fees, and other terms with our team during onboarding.
